Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
1. Who we are
This website is run by [Company name], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [Company number]), with its registered office at [Registered office address] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [contact email].
We run music promotion campaigns for artists and labels (our “clients”). Creators join campaigns, post short videos using the campaign’s sound, and earn money based on the views those posts get. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the site.
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You may have one account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
3. Linking your social accounts
You may only link TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts that you own or control. To prove this, you put a code we give you in the account’s public bio. We may refuse or remove any linked account, for example if we think it isn’t yours.
4. Campaigns and posts
- Each campaign shows its rate per 1,000 views, the most one creator can earn, its end date, its sound and any required tags.
- Posts must be public, use the campaign’s official sound, follow the campaign brief, and be posted from one of your verified accounts.
- We review every post and may approve or reject it. Only approved posts earn money.
- We count the public view count the platform shows for each approved post, checked about once a day for 30 days after approval. We may leave out views we reasonably believe are not genuine.
5. Labelling paid posts as ads
Campaign posts are paid promotion. You must label them clearly as advertising, for example with “#ad” at the start of the caption or the platform’s paid partnership label, as required by the UK Advertising Codes (CAP Code), consumer protection law, and the rules of the platform and of any country you post in. We may reject or stop paying for posts that are not labelled.
6. Your content
- You keep ownership of your videos. You are responsible for them and for following each platform’s own terms and rules.
- Your posts must not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, and must not be hateful, harassing, misleading or sexually explicit.
- You allow us and the campaign’s client to link to, describe and report on your approved posts, including your handle and their view counts, for running and reporting on the campaign. We will only feature your posts on our own website with your permission.
7. Earnings and payment
- For each campaign you earn (views ÷ 1,000) × the campaign’s rate, up to that campaign’s maximum per creator.
- Each campaign has a fixed budget. If total earnings across all creators would go over it, everyone’s earnings for that campaign are reduced in the same proportion so the total fits the budget.
- We pay what you’re owed once a campaign is paused or ended, using the payout details you give us. Amounts are in US dollars. You are responsible for giving us correct payout details.
- You take part as an independent creator, not as our employee. You are responsible for your own taxes and for declaring your earnings.
8. Fake views and fraud
Buying views, using bots, or any other way of inflating views is not allowed. If we reasonably believe it has happened, we may reject the posts involved, withhold payment for them, close your account, and recover any amount already paid for those views.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the site at any time and close your account in your account settings or by emailing [contact email]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If your account closes, we will still pay what you earned from approved posts, except where section 8 applies.
10. Our responsibility to you
- We provide the site as it is. We can’t control the social platforms, so we are not responsible for their outages, changes to their rules or algorithms, or how many views your posts get.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount we paid or owe you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: [contact email]. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
